  This is not the best place to stay in Valparaíso if you're planning to visit our country. The address is confusing, the location is not really good.

  Although the service is superb, and the welcome was very good; the sleep quality was not good. A guy came drunk at 5am shouting and making noise. I know an hotel can't manage all the visitor's behaviour, but somehow a great hotel would manage this issue quick and sharp to ensure the rest of all the guests.

  Lugar sencillo. Se escucha bastante ruido de una habitación a otra. Cuando estuve ahí, era muy incómoda la entrada al hotel.

  Fantastique emplacement and view.
  Awesome service. The owner is very welcoming and he will talk to you about historical events and where the hotel comes from.
  
  The breakfeast is also very good. Nice variety of food.
  
  A lot of touristic information at the desk if you need any idea for what to do in Valapraíso.
  
  My best experience in a hotel so far.

  Did not sleep. The noise outside was so bad And random. Dogs barking conversation, roosters cokadoodling at 3am, cats fighting. It was as though they took turns all night long. The windows were not sound proof at all.
  Staff are nice though.
