got an awesome room. fantastic view and great staff. the guy at the counter told us where there is a great place to eat, and how to be safe in chile as foreigners. they are very helpfull.

No WiFi, if it does work, it is so slow it's not worth the wait. We got an awesome view and the rooms are adequate. If you don't need internet at all, this place is okay.. The staff were very nice.

Отель очень понравился , чисто, хорошее быстрое обслуживание, очень обрадовало наличие гаража, хотя в рекламе и не было ничего о гараже! Завтрак обильный и разнообразный. Обрадовало наличие сауны и бассейна. Рекомендую!

Horario de checkin 15 pasajeros esperando y sólo una persona realizando ingreso. Dijo que los sábados sólo estaba él.
A las 3 de la mañana, 6 personas esperando entrar porque la puerta estaba cerrada y nadie abría. Esperamos 10 minutos hasta que apareció alguien que dijo que estaba de ronda.
Mal. Muy mal

Buen hotel, las calderas estaban malas por lo que no habia agua caliente despues de las 22hrs. El desayuno fue lo mejor

El hotel da aspecto de antiguo, para mi gusto le falta verse más moderno como el de Chillán. La limpieza es buena pero el mobiliario de las habitaciones está un poco descuidado.

Me gustó el hotel. Buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones son cómodas y de buen gusto. Está en el centro de Valparaíso lo que lo hace ideal para pasear a pie por la ciudad. El restorant es bueno, pero algo caro. El gimnasio es pequeño. Es un hotel ejecutivo. No tiene muchos lujos pero es completamente funcional y agradable. Lo recomiendo.
