Casa Werner transports you back to another time. Every detail has been meticulously chosen to create an experience authentic to the home, which has been elegantly restored. Convenient parking, great shower, delicious breakfast.

Cozy and beautiful hotel. Much attention to detail. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was fantastic. We also had dinner there once and the food was outstanding. Staff are very accommodating. Location is unusual since it's not in the most touristic area of lake Llanquihue but we prefer to stay away from the hoards of tourists you can find in Puerto Varas so we were happy. They are helpful to organize day tours, if you are looking for something ask for Esteban. We had a great day tour with him. Behind the hotel there is a small lake with many different birds. There's a lot to see there! If you are lucky you might also catch a glimpse of the family of otters that live there! When we go back to Llanquihue we will definitely stay there again!

Personal cálido y preocupado.
Se preocupan de cada detalle y te hacen sentir que eres el huésped más importante.
Estando con familia lo pasamos muy bien.
No hay buen sistema de aislamiento de los ruidos pero tampoco nos molestó tanto.
La única pena es que mantienen en el museo subterráneo un contenedor con símbolo nazi (esvástica) que según yo no merece estar allí.response / report this review -

An old german colonist house turned into an elegant and cozy hotel with a beautiful garden overseeing the wetlands. The rooms are very confortable and warm. The private bathrooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast is buffet style and everything is prepared at the hotel (bread, cakes, jam, etc). The staff is very friendly and will solve any issues you may have immediately. We had dinner several times at the hotel (not included with the reservation) and the dishes were top quality. The menu has few options but you can ask for custom preparations. You have the option of renting bikes or a car to explore Frutillar and Puerto Varas. We felt very well treated and you can see that they care for every detail. In summary, a most pleasant experience. Almost forgot, hot tub under the stars was amazing.

This place is incredible! Looks like a Victorian palace. It's an authentic house full of history, it even has it's own museum. Breakfast just can't be better. Unforgettable experience!
