No volvería, inhóspito muy helado sólo el último día calefaccionaron la casa y por un rato nada más, los baños del terror y la chica a cargo del desayuno muy mal educada, en medio del desayuno me sugirió levantarme de la mesa sin haber terminado de desayunar!!!

The beds are great and very comfortable, the room also had a heater. However the bathroom was a mess, the hot water would only last about 5 minutes and then it would turn cold. Also we found slugs and spiders. The morning staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, kind of intimidating. While the afternoon staff was very nice. Overall I would try another hostel next time.

Mi esposo y yo nos quedamos solo una noche, pero volveríamos sin dudarlo. Impecable, cuidado y con mucha onda. Pequeñas cosas como un buen jabón de manos y un desayuno balanceado hacen una gran diferencia. Y no dejen de probar la cerveza artesanal! Estaba buenísima :)

Super hôtel tenu par Alfonso qui peut vous aider sur les activités à faire.
Dormitorio à 13000 en haute saison si l'hôtel est plein il vous propose le canap pour 7000
le petit déjeuner est complet très confortable
il y a une cuisine super bien équipé avec thé café dispo.
On peut déguster la biere artisanal aussi
l'hôtel est propre, sympa et bien placé

I stayed in Alfonsos hostel for a week and could not have imagined a better host. He will help you to find your way around! The hostel is great with comfortable beds, everything you would need in the kitchen, hot water for a shower during the cold and rainy winter, and the best of all: it is right in the city centre.
At night you can sit around the fire in the backyard and enjoy a great Chilean asado (barbecue).
The only negative thing I can say is that Alfonso might not hear the bell at first ring, so dont give up because its a great place to stay!response / report this review
