We were in clinica las condes after a car accident. My girlfriend has been at the intensive care, intermedio care with cardiology and at the hospitalization. We experienced a high amount of English spea king doctors and nurses. Also there was well maintained equipment. The rooms were all private and very clean. Everybody was friendly and very helpful.

The best place for expats and exchange students!! It was the smoothest hospital experience I've ever had. Check in at the ER took about 5 minutes and I was almost immediately called back to be examined. A good percentage of the staff speaks English, and all of the nurses and doctors were really nice. Since I don't have insurance here I was given an estimation as to how much it would cost before I was brought in, and the check out guy explained the process I would have to go through with my insurance company in the States to get reimbursed. 10/10 would recommend!

A friend had an emergency problem and I had to put up my credit card for $10,000 security deposit. The finance guy lied it was going to do a 'block' on the card, the total amount was charged right away. It took the clinica three weeks to come up with a bill, which was around $4,300.

And it has been 2 months now waiting for return of the rest of the money, still don't have it! Might have to sue them.

Very inefficient organization, expats stay away, you will save yourself a lot of headache. Very rude and obnoxious staff.
