  Je suis tombé sur Antu par hasard.. l’ascension du volcan avec lui était vraiment incroyable ! Mention spéciale pour l’apéro offert par la maison !

  The volcano Villarrica hike is very challenging (mentally and physically) but well worth it to see such spectacular views on the way up, plus the lava in the crater when you summit. The hike took us around 6 hours and ANTU provided all the equipment (crampons, outer clothing, helmet, ice axe etc). Joaquin and Daniel were AMAZING guides - I really needed the inspiration/motivation to get to the top. Their positive vibes are infectious, I couldn't have done it without them!
  
  Also seeing other groups which were quite large and left later than us made me glad we chose Antu. We went at a slow and steady pace, they respected my need for stops and I didn't feel like I was rushing or holding anyone up. Most of all I felt safe with them at all times which was my priority.
  
  Also, pay the extra 10,000 CLP for the lift at the first part, there is nothing gained from walking it. Take loads of snacks, water, suncream.
  
  This is one of my highlights of a long trip and Antu were a big part of the journey. Legends!

  Fui com minha esposa e um casal de amigos para fazer a famosa subida do vulcão Villarica, ainda não tínhamos indicação de agências mas por sorte paramos o carro em frente a Antu. Fomos recepcionados pelo dono, Joaquim, e fomos tão bem atendidos que já saímos com uma ótima impressão, depois descobrimos a qualificação dele em sites especializados e pegando informações com o pessoal local. Joaquim é também o guia do grupo, é nascido lá mesmo e sobe aquelas montanhas desde criança, sobe o vulcão na alta temporada quase que diariamente levando turistas, tem uma equipe super bacana e monta o passeio de acordo com o perfil físico e psicológico de cada um. Em média um guia a cada quatro pessoas pois assim cada grupo pode ter um ritmo próprio e se alguém desistir um guia voltará com este. Equipamentos novos e limpos. O passeio foi fantástico, tivemos um dia de céu limpo (vale lembrar que nem todos os dias estão aptos para a subida) e muita neve, o que dificulta bastante o trajeto mas garante um desafio inesquecível. Gastamos seis horas para chegar ao cume, vimos a lava no fundo da cratera e descemos em menos de duas horas, sendo aproximadamente uma hora de skibunda. A vista lá de cima é inexplicável. Recomendo a todos o passeio e a agência. Obs. Tenho 38 anos e estou meio sedentário, mesmo assim consegui subir, por isso recomendo a todos que tenham vontade de fazer. Esse passeio é um dos mais caros da cidade (+- U$ 135,00 por pessoa) e nem adianta rodar muito pois é meio que tabelado, mas dá para entender quando se observa a quantidade de equipamentos, guias, veículos, etc. (vale lembrar que ainda tem 10000 (dez mil) pesos do teleférico da estação)

  Agência muito top e equipe extremamente profissional!!! Muito claro o quanto procuram qualidade e não quantidade, trabalham com equipes pequenas e atendimento personalizado!! Não poderia ter escolhido melhor!! :)

  Felicidades a antü rios y montañas por su gran servicio ofrecido, un trabajo super dedicado y gran equipo de trabajo. Sale de lo común de las agencias de Pucón ya que el servicio es mas personalizado y esto hace que la experiencia que uno busca la encuentre de principio a fin.

  Muy muy bueno, tuve la experiencia de compartir la subida al volcán junto a los profesionales de la agencia Antu, excelente trabajo.A nivel de implementos, cumple absolutamante, su equipo de guías muy claros para dar instrucciones, constantemente te apoyan y están al tanto de cualquier eventualidad que te suceda durante el trayecto. Se los recomiendo 100% a la gente que quiera subir.. que se animé, a mi me costó un montón por lo físico pero se pudo ajaja Saludos a Antu! Gracias cabros

  Antu is a young tourism agency but their guides - natives from Pucon so they know the place ;) - are very experienced ! Some of them have been guides for more than 20 years! You will always be supervised by a team of people that places safety and the joy of living the present moment first. They are kind and helpful. Being in Pucon you will have the choice between a lot of agencies, but very few are so customer, safety and nature driven. We saw many people returning halfway from the volcano climb as they were not quick enough for their guide, but Joaquin (guide and agency's owner) had the patience, the sympathy and the perfect words to help us reaching the top. Thanks again for this incredible experience !

  Excelente Agencia, lejos la mejor atención en la ciudad y los mejores guías. Lo mejor es que tienen actividades para toda la familia. totalmente recomendable
