Buscaba arrendar bicicletas a las 10am, pero ellos no quisieron arrendarme porque no sabían a qué hora cerrarían su tienda. No hay interés por los clientes.

We rentes bikes as well as a car at Sierra Nevada. Both very well serviced and by very friendly people. Everybody who has rented a car sometimes abroad knows the hassle. Not at Sierra Nevada, all went very easy, fast, for a good and honest price and with no hidden things. Can recommend Sierra Nevada very much!

Орендувала там велосипед, працівниця закладу детально пояснила всі маршрути і навіть повідомила свій власний телефон на випадок надзвичайної ситуації. Персонал привітний та уважний. Також придбала тут сходження на вулкан Вільяріка. Турботливі і професійні гіди, яких на нашу невелику групу тристів було декілька. Це сходження - найкращий спогад про Пукон.

We booked a rafting trip because it is supposed to include photos and videos only to find out that was a publication mistake and we had to pay extra.

Having booked to visit the geometricas hot springs at 12.30 with this company, the minibus never turned up for us. Instead of arranging alternative transport for us (e.g. a taxi), the company only offered to refund us knowing full well that we were leaving Pucón the next day and that all other tours left for the springs at 12.30 as well (therefore there was no way of us being able to do the tour now).
We even suggested that they contact the driver at 12.40 when the minibus hadn't arrived, but they told us to relax, and then waited until 13.00 to call when it was already too late.
I was shocked that they did not offer to get us there by taxi as this was entirely their fault. We even made this suggestion ourselves, and they refused to do this for us. Instead they told us to hire a car or pay for our own taxi there. As we are limited on budget and time, the tours were the only viable option for us, so their suggestions were useless. They knew this as we had explained it to them.
We have missed out on the main attraction that brought us to Pucón because of this company. There are many other companies that offer this tour so I would 100% recommend avoiding this one. Such a let down.response / report this review -

Terrible..worse service EVER!!!do not book a Hot Springs tour with this company.They wasted our one day in pucon because they forgot to book the tour for the bus to pick us up. owner does not care about customers, very rude staff.
Terrible un terrible servicio NUNCA !!! no reserves una excursión de Hot Springs con esta compañía. Desperdiciaron nuestro día en Pucon porque se olvidaron de reservar la excursión para el autobús para que nos recogiera. el propietario no se preocupa por los clientes, el personal es muy grosero.response / report this review -

Full adrenalina bajando el río Trancura alto, en una parte hay que saltar unos 4 metros una cascada ufff espectacular. Muy buen guia! Solo hay que mejorar la limpieza de los vestidores, falta baño, y mejorar las instalaciones.
