Has been for over 20 years a good alternative to have a beer an good Tex-Mex food in Basel. With their new Fine Dining "Sans Souci" on the first floor, they have managed to attract a new segment with quality food and service. At Zic-Zac there is now something for everyone.

Awesome food. Huge portions. Try any of their burgers. If you are vegi, try Lima chiliburger. Right on stop Morgartenring. Reach via Tram 6 or Bus 36.

Crowdy and lively but the best Sunday brunch I've found in Basel. Quality, selection, ambience all excellent, prices are resonable and service is good. Great for groups.

It is ok but just not my kind of restaurant anymore. The service is not very good especially for the price. The burgers are good but not exceptional. The buffet on a Sunday morning is very nice but also pricey. It used to be a good place to go to after sports if you had a big group and I guess that is when it does not matter if the service is not top notch but now I am too old for this ;)

The place is worn. Food is unambitious, uninteresting and too expensive. Portions are huge but l'd prefer quality over quantity.

Went there for a Halloween party on the 29th October. Was so well decorated, nice atmosphere, good food and drink and everyone was dressed and in the mood for Halloween
