It's not my first time at the hotel and it won't be my last! Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. They made my birthday weekend totally memorable. It's the little things that count.. 😍

Warm and Impeccable service from everyone I encountered. The level of service really exceeded my expectations and all staff were dedicated to looking after their guests. I was made to feel very welcome.
Breakfast is wonderful, the La Vetta restaurant is outstanding and should not be missed.
The private mountain railway is something really unique. Wellness are is really special.
I was traveling with a dog and he was made very welcome too.

Absolute perfection. Everything you would expect a 5 star hotel to be. The service is first class-all staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is excellent. I had a couple of treatments there that were very good. Food was great. We ate in the Michelin starred La Vetta restaurant which was nice and also quite reasonably priced. The location is stunning, great for taking a relaxed walk or if you want something more challenging there is plenty of hiking opportunities. We will definitely be back next year.

Truly a Grand hotel.
It is a landmark! really stunning architecture. The pick and drop off to train station was polite an efficient. They also pick me up from the skiing station. Reception and bar service were up to standard. The spa area is world class, lots of saunas and big pool. The private is ski lift is cool, and the ski room is the nicest I have seen.response / report this review -

Stayed there twice. Impeccable 5 star service and very friendly. You are treated as a VIP all the time even when you show up in a T-shirt and shorts. Spacious rooms, great views, extremely relaxing swimming and spa area. Total bliss!
