A mid range well located hotel with spacious rooms and balconies. The superior rooms offer a corner balcony with a great view of the adjacent platz. Breakfast is continental but tasty.
The hotel sits near a tramway station with at least four lines running through.
Highly recommended for a stay in Zurich.

Very good hotel. Nice area close to the center. Rooms are simple and elegant, breakfast is good and coffee is excellent. Very friendly staff. Recommended.

The room was clean with a lot of space. Very nice bed but the room was right next to the elevator and whenever someone took the elevator it created a lot of noises especially in the night and in the morning. I woke up a few times and slept very bad. If you go here please make sure that you don't get the room next to the elevator.

Perfect environment. One thing I liked in European hotels is that they give excellent complementary breakfast. Hotel staff was cooperative. Indian mobile or laptop charger doesn't work in Europe and you have to carry European charger. I carried but unfortunately it was not working. Hotel gave me one on deposite of CHF 20.

Plus points:
It is 1 min walk away distance from Tram stop.
It is 1 min walk away distance from Bus stop.

Negative points:
I felt room service was not okay.

Good price for the location. Within walking distance from minor train stations and the city center, and reachable by public transportation. The staff was a bit cold, but helpful. The breakfast selection is moderate, but everything tastes fresh every morning. The room was comfortable and clean, all equipment in mint state, the beds are comfortable. The hotel looks like it's been recently renovated.

I arrived with some skepticism, but now I'd stay here again.
