meine mutter managed ein swissquote Konto für ein paar jahre. mittlerweile bin ich ins Ausland gezogen!!! ich habe das problem das ich das Konto nicht künden kann; mit einem Anruf, e-mail etc ich finde das ist kein guter customber service!!!! kann nicht weiterempfelen. kosten nur gebühren und möchten geld!!!! besser investiert sie nicht be der swiss-qote => zu kompliziert und teuer!!!!!

Transactions did not go through due to a technical problem that is known to Swissquote. Error messages were not comprehensible. When the transactions finally passed, the shares had already dropped by 10%, leading to a significant loss on my end. No response from Swissquote customer service despite having sent a letter.
What is the value of low fees when there are technical insufficiencies that prevent transactions to go through?response / report this review -
