GreenGo Club at Gstaad Palace has the worst service I've ever experienced. I went there on a company holiday trip, the GreenGo club was privatized for our last evening. The food was OK, except for the risotto (avoid that at all cost- awful). The service was horrible especially considering that it's supposed to be one of the best in Gstaad. It's not even acceptable by normal standards. The waiter, didn't distribute the food equally and several times forgot to serve our table. They also kept taking away our glasses even when it was clearly still filled with wine. Then, one of the waiter splashed RED WINE allover the back of my dress, did not even apologize or offer anything to help wipe/clean, went away pretended like nothing ever happened. A true 5 star place have to merit their reputation. Truly good service, would strive to keep their standards and respect everyone that comes into their establishments. After what I experienced, I wouldn't recommend this place to other people/ companies.

I just walked around as I visited Gstaad but the hotel was closed for a private event. Great view at the top of the hill and there was an old rolls royce outside.
