Nice double room, beautiful view. Motorized shades. Walked across the street to the grocery for some simple items. Convenient for using #4 trolley if you don't want to walk to the inner city

Only a two night stay but was perfect for my trip. Front desk staff were very friendly, very helpful and very professional. The room is spacious, good quality, shower was best part with consistent pressure (one of the reviews mentions lack of toiletries - I found that there were fewer toiletries than other hotels, but when I asked for something at the reception it was never an issue). The room has a great tv with a few movie channels, internet speed was good, and the room had various smart elements like reading lights that pop out of the headboard. Breakfast was free for my stay and was spot on, possibly the best eggs I've had at a hotel. Location is perfect, Toni Areal tram station is right outside which connects you into the centre (takes ten mins) and also gets you to Zurich main train station which then connects you to the airport (total time to airport door to door was less than an hour).
There is also a fitness centre which I didn't use, but it seemed well stocked enough for light use. If I returned to Zurich this hotel would be my first choice.

We reserved a night here because we had an early flight out of Zurich. The room itself was amazing; everything was top notch. However, the customer service at the front desk could have been friendlier. The atrium is quite small.

The fact that it's got a worldwide reputation for being superior I found this Sheraton to be below par. Mainly due to the lack of toiletries for guests in their room and the fact that there was no Guest Services available at night when you may need them most. I rang several times eith no answer. So i had to go to hotel reception.The reception staff say they have to deal with any requirements a guest may need but they are busy dealing with other things at the front desk. I got the required toiletries at reception but there was not even a bag to carry them in while in transit back up to my room. I also noted that other guests did not have any toiletries either. Perhaps this is a new economic trend. At checkout, in the morning, there was only one person available so there was a big delay checking out. How crazy is that?
Pull up your socks Sheraton. Being big doesn't mean you are the best in class. BTW, I stay in Sheraton hotels and am an SPG member and this hotel does not come up to standard although the room was excellent and the staff courteous.

Clean and spacious rooms - absolutely loved the renovated bathrooms! The hotel is near the train station which was very convenient. The lounge had good breakfast and afternoon snacks. The staff are professional and friendly.

Typically when I travel in Europe stay right in the middle of downtown of the city but you end up getting more expensive and older hotels. This hotel is outside of downtown, more contemporary and US$250/night. Even though outside of downtown a train stop is right in front of the hotel and the train Swiss public train system is the best, for about US$9.00/day pass you can jump on and off every public transport.

Very comfortable rooms, huge bathrooms and showers. If ever came back to Zurich I would stay here. And huge shout out to Felix and the staff that made our trip and travel plan changes easy.

I have to knock off a star because of the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff would come in the evening for turn down service, every towel would be dirty and they would put in new towels which was strange to say the least. A 5 star hotel would have made sure towels were refreshed after entering the room in the evening.

Hotel is up to date and customer service was great. The only thing I didn't like about this location was that it is farther away from restaurants, entertainments, etc and you will most likely have to take the train if you dont have a car and want to go somewhere. But other than that, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the train stop. With the train, it takes you through part of town and you won't have to go through the headache of looking for parking because you can just get on and get off.

Nice hotel but some drawbacks - our room 601 overlooked main train tracks so noisy quite late and quite early. Bathroom has a glass vanity panel between it and the bedroom. Was private but flooded the bedroom with light meaning anytime the bathroom was in use no one could sleep. Room very modern and comfortable, nice beds and pillows. Very attentive staff. Right next to the modern design museum which is a hidden gem.
