Bathroom is very small ,there is no kettle also in room,even bedroom and bed also very small .but only advantage is you will get direct trams to Zurich airport no : 10 and no : 6 to zoo just infront of hotel.for Indians there is a Bombay Karachi hotel for food he will give the parcel also if required.breakfast is worst in this hotel even very small dining hall hardly 4 tables are available we were waiting for table for 15 minutes .ploybhan is also near by to visit the Eth university.there is no single super market near to the hotel .I have walk down almost 1.5 km to reach the coop super market which is located in Zurich Hb station.

Good location and easy access to city centre and airport.

If hotel can provide a kettle in the rooms will be great.

Clean quiet and the food was good. The ladies at the desk we're friendly. The men not so much. No bellpeople to help with luggage. Not handicap accessible. One person on staff at a time.

Very good and stable internet conection. Friendly staff. Small bar area. It's more like a budget hotel very close to ETH university. TV is quite small and difficult to use with the internal menu. Nice bed, it was quite warm in the bedroom. The breakfast is OK.

Name of the hotel lies. There is nothing rotal there, nor it's confortable. Tiny room, tiny bathroom. Has not been renovated for years. Breakfest is poor. Also the hotel is not that cheap. Only benefit is distance fom HB.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Was upgraded too. The shower head in my room wouldn't stay up but other than that everything was good.
