  Sehr freundliche Empfang vom Patron (Koch) persönlich. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Auf das Essen muss man aber lange warten (ca. 30 - 40 min.), ABER was nachher kommt vergisst man und versteht man wieso es so langer gedauert hat. Die Chefin hat uns erklärt, dass alles auf die Minute gekocht wird. Das Teller wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Geduld eingerichtet. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch und ist stimmt mit dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Empfehle jeden dorthin zum Mittag oder Nachtessen zu gehen, wobei Mittag muss man schon ca. 1 Std. rechnen.

  This hotel is quite basic, but would still gain quite good marks if it had not been for what I regard as a very bad attitude from the staff (owner?) who we found to be both rude, as well as trying to over charge us. Before our bad experience we used to eat and stay at this hotel from time to time when passing through Murten, but won't be going back. This may have been a one off experience, but nevertheless they have lost our custom.
