Good reserved parking, good and clean room. Restaurant could be better for dinner but still good for breakfast.

Good mid range hotel. Bar / dining options limited but excellent public transport options mean that all Geneva has to offer is just a 15 minute bus ride away. There is even the food court in the adjacent mall if you want something cheaper and quick. E-Wok is recommended. The hotel is away from the centre of town but if you don't mind bus travel and can use Google Maps then making use of the complementary travel passes issued to tourists can be great fun. Note, all services and connections run to timetable - something of a novelty if you are from the UK. Rooms in the hotel are clean. Large comfortable beds. Small sofa. Free WiFi. TV offering channels in several languages although we didn't try it. Staff all very pleasant and helpful.

A good hotel and in terms of value very nice rooms. As said location means a 25 odd commute to central Geneva but the hotel is better quality than Hotel Warwick and since you get a free public transport pass not an issue.

WiFi is good signal and modest speed. Overall a good base for one in Geneva and I've used it twice and would do so again. I have stayed 3 times now. I forgot my UK adaptors and the receptionist gave me 2 to borrow, life saver! I liked being on the first floor, if I book again I will request this as quick to get in and out, nothing wrong with lifts but less faffing about. The area it is in is a bit souless to be honest, like Milton Keynes but there is a decent shopping centre nearby.

Nice, modern and professional hotel outside Geneva city center. Spacious rooms, with reasonable prices for Geneva. Convenient parking at hotel inside parking structure. Good breakfast buffet. Located inside a shopping and business complex. They have a bar/restaurant on ground floor - we tried to have dinner there, after waiting for service for 20 minutes, we got menus ourselves, then tried to order just to be told that out of the roughly twenty items only three were available. We ended up eating at pizzeria next to hotel, a much better choice.

The employees were the most helpful, knowledgeable of the area, and truly wanted to make our visit an awesome experience. We needed a place to store suitcases for a week while we were sightseeing in a couple of other countries. (We started and ended our trip in Geneva, and daughter was staying in Switzerland for a study abroad program.) They also directed us to wonderful restaurants and activities. They give us a transportation pass during our stay, and had helped us navigate the public system. To top it off, the kitchen staff helped provide us with a small meal one morning, even though they hadn't officially opened yet.

Breakfast is priced at around shf 25 so pricey. Personally I would skip that and head to the McDonald's in the shopping centre nearby, 3rd floor. When you check in they may make you think breakfast is included, it never is.

Put up here by airline after flight cancellation. Very helpful staff on arrival. Clean rooms, quite large double bed. It wasn't noisy. There was a good selection for breakfast. Slightly off part is that it's linked openly to the shopping centre next to it.

Very nice place. It's multilanguage, pretty nice kitchen if you want to use it. Rooms are clean, with air conditioning and pretty soundproof - good thing as there are railway tracks just beyond windows on one side. Also connection to the city center is very good (short trip and there is bus or tram). But if you want to get to the airport you need to move with a change (I prefer tram and then train). They give also (think it's standard?) a free ticket for all transportation in Geneva so tram, bus and rail are free. I live there each time I visit Geneva.

Location is not ideal, but a nearby buss stop and free-transit card provided by the front desk was greatly appreciated. Very clean throughout and great breakfast buffet. Concierge at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Gym access is available from a nearby gym for a fee, but it would have been nice to have some sort of sauna/spa/pool with free access. Wifi access and cable TV come with the room and are very easy to connect to and operate. Overall a wonderful experience.
