The hotel is directly located at the lake, nice view and friendly staff!
But we paid €250 per night, wich is okay when everything would have worked. On our arival (thursday 17th of august) nothing in the Spa was working. Jacuzzi's, sauna and steamcabine where out of order. The next day only the jacuzzi's where working.
I booked the hotel because of the spa facilities because my girlfriend likes the use the sauna. So that was a dissapointment and so the price didn't match our expectations.response / report this review -

Comfortable, beautiful, clean and with a fantastic view of the lake. The included breakfast was decent, though the coffee was only available through an automated espresso machine which made things pretty slow on a busy morning. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised. Great location for lake fun and easy walk to center of town and simple access to hotel guest parking located behind hotel.
Rooms are very spacious and quiet on the mtn. view side. Peeked through a lake view room across hall, not as spacious as our room but bright and beautiful views of the lake. Great zenlike sauna/spa/workout amenities. Breakfast buffet very nice with self serve espresso machine. Hotel offers bikes for guests. Good 😋 Restaurants all within walking distance. Kid friendly place; #saved by a McDonald's nearby.response / report this review -

Nice air conditioned rooms with a beautiful view over the lake in the morning. In the morning we had a coffee on the balcony and watched the ships. Great staff Extremely professional. We arrived late with our 4 yo boy and did not mention him. They prepared the kid bed at 22h30 with a smile.

Wonderful location.
Superb new rooms, new Terrace with glass panels lets you enjoy the full view of the
Lake, and the magnificent southern magnolia trees.

Great place and very friendly staff.
The Location is just a long the lake of Lago Maggiore and if you book with the view well, it worthed.
Buffet Breakfast is just perfectand the staff in the Restaurant too.

We stayed for one night in a suite with a balcony. The room was clean and large. The sauna was a bit strange given it appeared to be in a room itself but it was quiet and hot. The staff really make this place great. I forgot my shirt in the sauna and the maid staff found it and cleaned it for me. Unfortunately it hadn't finished drying before we had to leave but they said they would ship it home. I had to beg them not to given the shipping was worth more than the shirt
