The design of this hotel is exquisite. The dining was superb and the pools and spa features were exceptional. But my personal highlight was the sunrise and sunset view from the balcony of our panorama suite.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The view is amazing and so is the hotel itself. Lovely pools and very nice staff. The restaurant is expensive but the food is delicious and it has a lovely view over the whole of Lake Lugano.

The place is amazing with good service quality. On the other hand, i came all the way here to enjoy the spa but we didnt find any booking for the spa within the 3days we are staying in!

Incredible view from the balcony. Awesome SPA area. Great massages. Very tasty food. We booked the romantic weekend for two and I have to say that all our expectations have been exceeded. I also want to highlight the exceptional service personnel. Perfect place if you want to shut out the world for a weekend and just enjoy and relax.

The best view you can imagine, great spa facilities. Mixed audience (both young and older couples), dog was very welcome.

The spa is really good, clean and calm, there are several different pools and saunas, also an outside pool. The surroundings are nice for a small walk and the view is great. The breakfast was very good, although they ran out of desserts. The dinner was disappointing.
