Nice hotel apartment. I was there for two nights. I took a mountain road to reach there and it wasn't the best road so be careful. The staff were nice and there is a nice pizzeria next door with excellent service. There isn't much to do other than enjoying the nature around.

Will never go here again and would not suggest it for anyone.
Restaurant personal tried to scam us. Served different than ordered wine, ignored our complaints on that, and wanted us to pay for it.

Luxurious appartment, friendly staff and lovely bar area. Ski transfer bus was very useful too as was ski storage area. The spa was great too

The reastaurant staff is completely rude and unprofessional, and spoiled our relaxing evening, while trying to defraud us.

We were having a nice dinner, until we ordered a second bottle of the same wine we were having. The waiter brought us the bottle, hiding the year in the bottle. We pointed out that this was not the wine we ordered, and he just poured and went away. That is the last we saw from any of the staff until we finally managed to get their attention to order the bill, as they were clearly avoiding us.

Once the bill arrived, we pointed out that the second bottle was the wrong wine, and they said we should even pay more for it.

Avoid this place at all costs, waiting staff and management are rude, unprofessional and try to scam you.

Fantastic Hotel, friendly staff - The shuttle service towards the lifts is great, although they should be running a bit later, especially if you get stuck in Rock Lounge Bar for an Apres ski cocktail ;)

The view from the hotel rooms is amazing

At the COOP gasoline station in front of the hotel you can get Champagne at very reasonable price :)

Calls the police on you, when you request fair treatment.

They tried to give us a worse vintage than we ordered and tried to hide it. When we exposed them, they first try to ridicule us, then they ignored us, and became offensively claiming we had to pay more for a worse wine. When we insisted on paying a fair price (73%), the head waiter called the police on us.

Never go to this place. They are have no respect for customers.

Terrible experience at the restaurant, staff was completely unprofessional and attempted to scam us.

We ordered a second bottle of the wine we were having. The waiter poured while covering the year; our taster noticed the wine was actually of a different (worse) vintage. The waiter was evasive and left leaving the bottle; while he promised to bring the manager, we didn't hear anything until we finished the meal and received the bill. At that point we complained to the manager, who didn't acknowledge the mistake either and was highly confrontational. Police had to get involved, and at no point did the restaurant staff acknowledge their mistake.
