Definitely not the cheapest tartar, but for the price you'll get an excellent tartar, in my opinion the best tartar in lucerne!

So so so so nice and such good food! Our waitress was super nice too. With wine and a meal ended up being 79 for 2 people. Had the chicken pie and it wasn't a cream pie, but a red tomato based type with some paprika or something. Very rich and delicious and plenty of vegetables.

I gave 1 star for the service. Just had dinner there and saw how they treat us and the Indians. They asked for a table of 17 and as the restaurant do not have enough table to sit all 17 of them together(mostly kids) they were willing to split. However the manager did not seem willing to serve them and told them to go to another restaurant instead. And when they eventually chose to eat there despite the service, we actually saw 3 staff shaking their heads.
As for us, I asked the manager for 3 side plates yet he forgot about it. While waiting for another staff to get us the plates our food went cold. We actually wanted to order more but upon seeing how they treat others we decided to leave. Finally when we asked another staff for the bill she said to me in an agitated tone "Just a min please please please". It was actually our first time calling out for bill so we can't really understand her frustration.
The food was good however I really really cannot say so for the service. It's very disappointing as we really like the food and place.response / report this review -

This place is full of frauds cheating foreigners. Don't go here. They charge you more whatever the receipt says.

A very nice wine bar with an extensive antipasto bar. You may purchase bottles of wine at retail to take away at reasonable prices. If the weather is nice you may sit on the patio right on the river with a view of Altstadt (Old Town). We had good service and English was spoken.

Nice choice to eat and have a shopping break. The view is just perfekt ti the famous bridge.
Just the Ceasarsalde was cut more then a day ago.
