Hotel is at the best location and close to everything, food, shopping and transport. Taking of one star because of two reasons, overly priced and breakfast. Paid bacon and scrambled eggs with the room rate was not expected.

Great hotel, every detail has been thought of from night-lighting in the bathroom to curtains with no gaps around the edges for daytime sleepers.

Crowded and somewhat old decor, rooms are basic, Staff are affected by the international travelers habits and behavior that is not in line with their expectation. Staff behave somewhat bossy to 'enforce' rather than inform, they put everyone in the same bucket. Good breakfast and good location

Decent hotel! Located next to the station and easily accessible for everything. Was very expensive for the services provided such as wifi and breakfast was minimalistic. No aircon , fans etc. can get warm sometimes.

The hotel is just opposite to Interlaken west train station and bus stop. The staff of hotel is very slow and almost non co-operation type. The location of hotel is nice. There is nothing luxury in hotel.
The restaurant serves breakfast which is very good, with many options.
All the required places, restaurants, market, train, buses are easily accessible from this hotel.
Staff need to be bit polite and helpful with guest who are from other countries at least.response / report this review -

This hotel is right across the Interlaken West stationalso close to many Indian restaurants.. However the breakfast is just okno room service but they help u to plan your trip to Jungfrau or Schilthorn tripreception lady was quite friendly.good for a short stay but room is not so greataverage beds ans linenwould say OK for 1-2 daysu just pay for the station convenience.:)

Perfect location. Just in front of the Interlaken West station and 5 min walk to Migros.
The room was rather small but okay for a short stay.
Great breakfast. I couldn't forget their plain yogurt.
Staffs are friendly and gave me some valuable advice about the city.
