You will find all you need, good choices of accessories for a good price. Obviously they change theire purchase manager and it is a good think.
Good after purchase support (literally next door).
Not to many staff on the floor(you have to keep tag price down) but they know their area of works and they are friendly and it is finally all it matters.
Easy to park and accessible in tram.
As my experience, this Media Markt is big enough for shopping. However, there is a disadvantage point. The staffs didn't speak English much. So 4 stars for rating.
While the Carouge store might feel smaller than the one in Meyrin, it is the better of the two for computer accessories. It is also far less crowded, which makes for an overall more pleasant shopping experience.
Incredibile choice of attractively priced electronic products, across different nearby countries, and very close to Internet pricing
Tech. Lots of it. Cheaper in UK though, and we take Visa, Mastercard and Amex!
The place for electronics and household electronics in Geneva. Big parking, lot of choice very nice prices. Staff not much motivated even though mostly nice
This Mediamarkt is within walking distance of the centre of Geneva. For this reason it is a practical place to get to. They sell drones, laptops, mobile phones, various cables and more.
vast choice, accessible, good prices, OK service
One of the biggest electronic shop in Geneva. Lot of everything and in general they do quite reasonable pricing.
good selection of music, movies and electronics, with reasonable prices
sometimes cannot find the latest models
Good CD and Blu-ray/DVD selection - this is where you will find that 80s movie. Also, Apple and Samsung outlets. Long queues to pay.
Not even one star for this Mediamarket outlet in Acacias,
1) bought an expensive fitness band (CHF 220) on Friday, returned it Tuesday, since it stopped working.
2) Staff let me wait, were 2 people at "service" desk - but the one free refused to service me since her already busy collegue should take my case.
3) Customer service lady very unfriendly, said she had to "test" the band whether my "is not working" claim is correct. Of course, not working.
4) After all she decided not to replace it and asked me "try in another market" Reason: I had not brought the original packaging! Do I have to keep the packing of a fitness band to get a non-working device changed?
5) Send question to Mediamarket Service, no reply yet.
