Nice Museum learnt a lot about the mountains, the people who fell from matterhorn mountain and how was Zermatt established.
They also have a small cinema that shows part of the event ( matterhorn mountain)

    10 Swiss franc per person
5 Swiss franc for the audio guide
They don't allow bags so you put them in lockers for free

The museum is a summary of the history of the climbers who have climbed the Matterhorn. Also nice for kids, it offers evocative reconstructions and interesting details about the city and its past.
