Good hotel for a couple nights if you have to stay in Chiasso. I spent innumerable nights here while being in Chiasso for business. Make sure you get a room in the newer tract of the hotel (eg. > 220 on second floor since they're more quiet). The staff is very nice and friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes. The gym is small but ok, there's towels and fresh chilled water. The best thing however is the breakfast, it might be a bit pricey but it's incredibly good, especially the freshly made Ticinese bread.

Very old hotel, rooms are not that nice and there is not much to see in Chiasso. I used it for a business stay which was okay. The restaurent is good. Wifi is very limited

last time i visited there, this hotel had maintained good quality.
the service was very good and food was excellent. in terms of value for money this was not expansive at all.
this motel is located just by Como Italy and there for holds an alternative to pricey Como.
