Last Christmas I asked for the new Continental ts 860 winter tyres but they explained that they were not available in run flat for my winter wheels size. So I was persuaded to order Bridgestone Blizzak.
After some days they call me that they have the Continental ts 860 available and if I like I could switch my order and I said yes with pleasure.
It was after I payed and drove away that I realized that they had put the old model of Continental ts 850 and not the new ts 860!
I wrote a complain email only to get an answer that the old Continental model was the only one suitable for my wheels dimension in run flat. But even if that is truth -and it is not-I would still had preferred the new Bridgestone Blizzak instead of the old Continental.
So since they did not explain and misled me, I now use tyres that I never would had chosen to buy. (Total cost for 4 tyres, 4 valves, programming and work 1270CHF)response / report this review -
