Amazing hostel with super friendly & helpful staff, great complementary breakfast and spotless clean common areas. Fast wifi but only in area around game room and reception. Highly recommended to anyone looking for budget options in Klosters/Davos area.

Nice old building, authentic rooms but the service was terrible. Felt like a cashcow rather than a welcome guest. There were only 6 people on our floor but we were all put in the same room, while all the others remained locked. The also only opened one shower and one toilet so they didn't have to clean them. Within ten hours of booking, one person had to cancel (still a week before)The hostel insisted on charging 80% despite the fact they had next to no cost, they were almost empty and we cancelled on the same day that we booked.

Reception hours are terrible and while there is a bus, the last one arrives at 4pm and reception only opens at 6pm - so when you actually arrive with all your luggage at the station, the only options are Taxi or dragging everything up a fairly steep hill for 20mins. So overall, while its a well-kept, nice old building in a beautiful location, the service left a lot to desire and I didn't feel very welcome at all.
