Ibis always a great hotels during my business trip. Cleanny, silently, great breakfast.

Lovely and very clean. Quiet rooms & staff very helpful. Only disappointment was heating not working quite right and no drinks facilities in room. But didn't terribly affect the stay.

The hotel was great. Rooms very good, with room to move. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Hotel close to town but not too close, so nice walk to get there. Car parking facilities also very good.

We stayed at the hotel for one night over the weekend. The staff was friendly and the room clean. The breakfast in the morning was varied, you could even make your only waffles. However, I did miss a fruit salad at the buffet. The shower in the bathroom is big and well lit. The room itself was also big, I just wish that I could have closed the curtains completely.

Best Ibis hotel I have been to. And at walking distance from the train station. Fair price, clean and decent rooms and friendly staff. Convenient checkin and checkout times both at 1200. Breakfast is good as well.

"Thank to" Swiss Air my flight was cancelled and my pleasant travel in Switzerland turned into total chaos. I couldn't make it to Geneva and don't want to throw my money into water. Ibis here without empathy refused my request for returning my money. Yes, maybe your staff is friendly, maybe your room is clean. But I have to say this is a company without empathy. It's not a comment about those basic detail things in your hotel, is a question against your company's running idea. What I see is, no matter how fancy your advertise is, you strict with the rules: money comes first, people comes last.

Nice hotel in a centrally located location in Geneva. I got a double, two twin beds, and it was a little tight/small. But the room was very nice, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. The hotel staff were great, helpful and friendly. They also speak multiple languages. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, so transportation was easy. The hotel also provides you with a free pass for during your stay to use the city's public transportation system, which is awesome. The hotel also offers a nice bar and restaurant with good food prices compared to the rest of the city.response / report this review -

A typical Ibis hotel, clean, all the rooms are the same anywhere and value is good. You can get a good basic breakfast there. It's handy for a traveller, on bus route 5 from the airport. As usual in an Ibis, air-conditioning is dodgy so rooms can be over warm.
