Great location within the walking distance to the lake and public transport. Trolley bus 7 stops just in front of the hotel entrance. Clean rooms, very helpful staff.

Arrive earlier at breakfast as at 9.30 not everything is available. Parking is available at the nearby train station at 40% discounted hotel rate for which you'll get a card at the reception. Good internet in the room.

The room is spacious and the staff is lovely! There is complimentary breakfast and a lobby dog! It's a great place to stay. It's very clean!

Stayed here for two nights. Nice place, good location and good price. It's close to the main station and the lake, but a tad bit far from the old town. However when you stay at a hotel in Swiss you get free local transport during your stay so you don't have transport costs. Very happy with the staff and the room.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was delicious and they tried very hard to maintain everything.

Con: they did not have my reservation still, gave it away but instead put me up in a bed only room
