Nice hotel and place. Strange choice of wash basin, made me feel like in prison.

It's ok but not sure if it's 4 stars hotel. Room was funny made but not the most comfortable. Too cold in the room, bathroom and the rest of room are in one space and sink was really hard to use and not to get totally wet. Not cheap indeed and comfort didn't follow the price.

Great place to stay and views of the city. The daily breakfast is delicious too!

An overall good hotel in the centre of St. Gallen. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was an ordinary breakfast buffet. The slight downside was the fact that we had to pay extra for parking. The hotel is quite expensive, but it is expected in Switzerland.

Clean and a good location, not a bad hotel but poor breakfast, unfriendly service and overpriced for what it's offering. There are much better hotels in the close surroundings. Also it's never a 4-star hotel, more a 3-star-level.

Great location, unexpectedly nice rooms (when you compare to the outside) and friendly service. The food at the brasserie is amazing.
