Die Servicefachfrau bediente uns sehr unfreundlich. Die Gastfreundschaft, eine der grundlegendsten Eigenschaften in der Gastronomie, liess an diesem Abend zu wünschen übrig. Auch überzeugte uns die Servicekraft nicht durch ihre Fachkompetenzen. Beim Apéro sowie beim Wein konnte nichts kundengerechtes empfohlen werden. Auch finden wir, dass beharrliche Rechtfertigungsdiskussionen seitens Servicefachfrau nicht in ein Restaurant gehören. Wir werden in Zukunft diese Gaststätte meiden.
Einzig positive war das schöne heimelige Ambiente.response / report this review -

Sono stata in questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente. Atmosfera calda, pulizia eccellente, clima familiare. Anche il ristorante è ben curato, il personale è cordiale . La prima colazione semplice e genuina.. non manca nulla. Mi sono trovata molto bene.

A small charming secret. One of the nicest small hotels, if not the nicest, in st Moritz. Cozy and beautiful bedrooms. An excellent restaurant. This hotel is conveniently located in St. Moritz Bad a two minute walk to the lake, the spa and very close to the Signal lift. There are some very good shops and restaurants nearby if you do not take all your meals at the Hotel. We have stayed here many times and are always happy.
