A respectable venue in the town centre, location being its chief advantage in the face of some very tough, high-end competition.

A mid range room was frankly disappointing, in both size and decoration (it's still 1983 in there) and if found almost anywhere other than what is arguably the world's most famous ski-town, it would be considered laughable. Here, you just have to.put up with it and wonder why, with so much revenue available to the country and Skt Moritz, the owners seem to think it's acceptable.

Very elegant and beautiful setting in the center of St Moritz and convenient walking distance to most sights and shopping. Service was excellent and staff very accommodating and helpful. Wifi was very good throughout hotel. Breakfast service was excellent.

I think that main assets of this hotel are excellent people working in the hotel. They are friendly and willing to help and to solve situation. Rooms are nice and clean and view is great. Location is in the centre of the city, easy to reach other places. We definitely return back and reccomend the hotel to our friends.

We first stayed at Hotel Schweizerhof 26 years ago, but it was about 12 years since our last visit. It was so good to see that standards were as high as ever, if not even higher. The Schweizerhof offers 4 star comfort rather than 5 star luxury - but this is very high class comfort, somewhere you can feel at home. The staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet is hard to fault. There is the usual range of cereals, meats, cheeses, smoked fish, fruit, yoghurts, jams, honies and a wide range of freshly baked bread and rolls. In addition, they offer scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, and then there is a chef on hand to prepare wonderful omelets, pancakes or freshly boiled eggs. The half board dinner menu (3 or 4 courses) offers a choice of 3 starters, soup or freshly squeezed juice, 3 main courses (including a vegetarian option) and sweet or cheeseboard. The qualilty is superb and the quantity just right.
