The owner and staff are friendly and engage. Breakfast is on par for budget hotel. Based on prime location even though it doesn't matter for us because we were traveling by car.

Good hotel.
Very kind employees, the location is really perfect.

While the location of the hotel is great (5 minutes from the train station), the room lacked some amenities. Namely, there was no fridge, air conditioning, or telephone. The key system to enter and leave the building was also needlessly complicated. The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent experience! Very clean! People are all very nice here. Fun to listen to the history and stories they have accumulated over the years. Beautiful view on the mountain side! Would recommend booking a room with a balcony. The owner Andre is extremely reasonable and kind! There is a restaurant below the hotel, the food is excellent. As well as a complimentary breakfast. Owners are very professional and everyone here are always aiming to please. Highly recommended!

I've stayed 5 nights in this place. The receptionists were really assisting, and they gave recommendations and hints for having the most of our stay. The view is so nice from the balcony, facing the Alpes and the cozy streets of interlaken. It's very close from the train station and the breakfast was good. The room was not bad, but for the price paid it should have been much better! The flooring was not straight and causes so much noise. Even the balcony flooring was metallic!! The worst about the place is the absence of a lift. But though I've enjoyed my stay

Our host here spoke several languages making it easy to communicate But their warm welcome and wonderful atmosphere is what made us feel very happy with our choice to stay there. Breakfast was included and among the more choice selections we encountered for breakfasts on our trip. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Proximity to restaurants and shops and train stations make it so you don't really need a car. But parking was available out front for us. The view from our room was the Eiger and the Jungfrau, including the grandeur of the Lauterbrunnen valley. Everyone was very helpful. Would recommend this to anyone.

We are couple from Singapore staying here for 6 nights. We happy with the hotel as following status:
1stly -the location near the main train station. This station too is actually act as 'interchange' in which the Information booth is there for us to get directions. Easy access & it is central to places of interests.
2ndly - near the shops, easy to get food outlets (especially Halal foods) & shopping centers.
3rdly - we found Hotel Post Handermannli is very convenient & meet our needs. Hotel is clean & well maintained. As tourists, we are glad to have friendly staff & good services rendered by the hotel management .response / report this review -
