The rooms are nice and clean but it was advertised as a spa hotel and fell flat on that regard. The pool is small and cold, the fitness room is Spartan and all of it is underground giving out a bit of a write vibe. Of you're going here fit business or while visiting the city it's good but if you're looking for a spa weekend you may be bit disappointed.

High quality rooms. Spacious, affordable, close to the Bern City centre. Just about 10 minutes away from city center by tram.

Good food, marvelous view of the city. The Japanese restaurant also suits Asian tourists needs
Comfortable bed with channels that are not Deutschland audio. Modern lobby design and toilet design. The key to open the rooms are a bit old though.response / report this review -

Nice hotel with very comfortable beds, good size rooms, room refrigerator, and modern look. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel also provides you with a free pass to use the city's public transportation for the length of your stay, which is awesome. You can reach the main station, downtown, in about 8 minutes using the tram which is right across the street from the hotel. There are three restaurants located at the hotel if you don't feel like going out. There's also a supermarket a few blocks from the hotel if you need to get some snacks and drinks.

Pretty close to the Centre and in front of a tram stop (7mins to city centre). Free parking outside and covered. Big room. A little bit old inside. Kind receptionist and quick check in.

Really nice hotel with appropriate standard. The city views are amazing, and the tram stop is located a few steps from the front door.
