  Amazing value for money
  
  From the moment you enter into the Hotel you feel the friendly atmosphere. We were welcomed by the owner and she guided us to the room. The beds are comfortable, although 2 mattresses, some people prefer kind size beds. Walking rain shower with anti slippery floor and good size sink. Room size is good and obviously the best of it being the balcony with the breathtaking view over the lake and the mountains.
  In the afternoon we had an ice coupe on the terrace which was very good, the same applies for dinner. The fresh trout from the region was outstanding. Service is competent and friendly.
  Weather permitting the breakfast is served again on the terrace, which is directly facing the lake, what a good way of starting the day. Breakfast buffet very good with everything one could wish for in an excellent quality. Excellent value price and food and service is as good or better than in many 4 star Hotels.   Der Apero, das Abendessen und das Dessert-Buffet waren top.
  Als grosser, fülliger Mann aber war mir das WC im Zimmer zu eng, so zwischen Wand und niedrigem Waschtisch reingequetscht.
  Bett war relativ tief und die Bettkante unangenehm, da einerseits die Matraze nur wenig drüber raus schaut und viel nach gab.
  Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng, so dass man nur mit zusammengeklapptem Rolllator zwischen Auto und Säule durch kommt.
  Der Lift war mit Rolllator, Gepäck und zwei Personen schon sehr gut gefüllt.
  Auf den Rollstuhl habe ich verzichtet, da beidseitig vom Restaurant nur Treppen waren und die steile Rampe bei der Küche kaum für den Rolllator taugte.
  Einen weiteren Zugang zum Restaurant/zur Terrasse habe ich nicht gesucht.
  Ein Behinderten-WC ist zwar vorhanden, aber die Türen haben Türschliesser und kommen einander in den Weg.
  Mit Rolllator auch schon sehr beengt.
  Das WC hängt höher als im Zimmer.
  Auch negativ die Raumhöhe von ca. 2.05m, denn oberhalb vom Waschtisch ist eine Halogenleuchte, die doch recht heiss ist.
  Ansonsten ist dieses Hotel sicher sehr empfehlenswert für gesunde Menschen.

  Fantastic family owned hotel.
  The food is outstanding (especially the hot stone), the staff is friendly and the view is breathtaking.

  Bad noise. Some Rooms look right into the street. No privacy. 3 large busses in a few minutes and another truck rumbling past. Staff helpful and restaurant very good
