This hotel is basically for travellers to just rome in the city all day and go the hotel and sleep at night. the staff is good , good food and good rooms with good hygiene ..
Although lack of staff , the best thing was that the staff was multitalented , the same person was the receptionist, the chef , the waiter .
The best hotel if you stay in Basel as it is walking to the station, has a bus station nearby also ..

It's next to Starbucks and close to Basel SBB. We got free city transportation coupon which can be used with buses and trams in the city. If you have a big luggage, please ring a bell in front of the hotel, the there will be a staff to pick you and your luggage up by a hidden elavator.

Rooms are nicely outfitted. Beds are very comfortable. Location is outstanding. Staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location couple mins walk to station and 5 mins to old town. Very good quality stay specially for the value. Quite nice breakfast with the view of the city. Only down side is loads of stairs to the reception and the lift from street level to reception is not for guests but for luggage.

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Amenities are a bit sparse, but not lacking. Breakfast is well catered but not overtly diverse. Staff is really kind, welcoming and helpful.

Great service, awesome employees. Parking is available right outside if requested, though it can be limited. They do have a plan B, however. You get a significant discount at a local parking facility, though right out front is ideal. The hotel itself is in the very center of Basel.
