Concerning the restaurant: nice, cozy restaurant in an old typical swiss house. very friendly and professional staff. We had a seasonal dessert and a good tea, prices rather high.

Great little hotel! Clean spacious rooms. Very very cool restaurant (breakfast buffet included). Good wifi (included). Great location-one block from Lake Lucerne. Would stay here again! Highly recommended

This is a great place to stay (get the breakfast when booking your room). Staff is very helpful and friendly. We plan to stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Nice, clean room. Everything is prefect except no on-site laundry room and slow reception response time. There are always no one at the reception and take several minutes to get someone from the restaurant to come back to the reception.

Excellent food and service. Waiters were prompt and attentive and made great suggestions, including a separate gluten free menu for my wife. Perhaps a little pricey, but based on the rest of Lucerne / Zurich, it seems about right.
