  Great stay. Rooms are clean. A little small but sufficient for small families. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They accomodated all our requests and made our stay even more enjpyable. Over all a very good hotel with an even better staff..

  I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful. They even provided us with sandwiches as we were leaving early that day for airport. I will come again soon.

  I wanted to to put a word of appreciation for the impeccable service offered by this hotel for my two night stay. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful always go out of the way to help he customers. Rooms are very good, bathrooms are very neat and tidy.
  
  I wanted to mention a front desk staff who was at the time of check in, unfortunately i don't recollect her name. She is the absolute dictionary meaning of customer service. I wanted to travel from Luzon to St. Mortiz she has got me a print out of all the connecting trains with platform number. I reached St. Mortiz without any effort even after changing three trains. Good job and keep the good job always.

  The location is great, with buses directly from the station to the hotel. The staffs are excellent. They provide useful travel tips and smiles. The room is great, large, clean and cozy. The breakfast is nice and coffee and tea are available all day, which is very convenient. The only disadvantage is the wifi signal is not stable, I have to get out of the room to use it.

  Nice Hotel and clean. Quiet place. Good Breakfast and very Good place to enyoy Lucerne. Near the Parking Garage or good connecting for public transportation

  Staff were great. I accidentally double booked my stay in Zurich with my stay in Lucerne. The staff were very good with helping me change the dates. Very friendly on arrival. Easy to find. Easy walk from the train station. Very central to everything. Right next to a shop where you can get great sandwiches and more. The room was good. Breakfast was good, with great coffee. I would stay here again.

  Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast room. Good variety of different food for breakfast .
