Hotel molto semplice. Carino e ben arredato. I dipendenti ed il proprietario sono stati molto gentili e cordiali. Alla fine, quando me ne sono andato via, mi hanno pure dato un sacchettino con diverse tipologie di caramelle, come regalino di saluto.

Bon hôtel proche du centre. Très propre est bien équipé. Restaurant de l'hôtel très original. Prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse était une agréable surprise. Personnel serviable mais parfois un peu rude. Une bonne adresse.

The hotel manager was super friendly and gave us all the information needed about what to do in Lugano. The rooms were fresh and newly renovated (except for the bathroom) with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the shower did not have a curtain so the entire bathroom floor would get soaked after a shower, and remain soaked for several hours due to poor airflow. Nonetheless, the room's WiFi was super fast and the TV had more than one English channel. Though, our minibar did not work during our stay. Breakfast was simple but could be enjoyed outside on a terrace which was nice. Overall it's cheap for it's location but some things could clearly be done in a better way.
