Excellent customer service, staff are always helpful and make you feel right at home. brilliant breakfast and not a single problem the whole visit; I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel basique et cosy. Sans prétention mais très calme. Il satisfera toute personne prenant une chambre pour se reposer. Le petit dej est simple mais complet et le personnel à l'écoute et au petit soin.

Super basic. While the owners will try their best to help and please, this is a budget hotel. Basic breakfast, basic room, no air con., no ironing board. Location is good though.

Family run hotel managed by theselves. The owners are husband and wife and ver nice people. There is free breakfast in morning and very well prepared and delicious. The wifi is free and very good, around 40 mbps when I checked the last. If you are in Basel, this is the best place to stay. Very close to city center and zoo. There is pool and fitness cebter across street.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Dezember im Hotel. Es hat alles gepasst, Service, Zimmer, Preis, Lage Wir haben uns als Gäste sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel Birsighof gerne wieder berücksichtigen.
