  The staff was kind, however the hotel was very nosy and I could not sleep at all people shouting all night and hitting at the doors very bad night. Moreover, on my second day after a long day I arrived and my room was open! The turned given but not fitted in the latch luckily nothing was missing, I did not have value things but if I had I would be very angry!

  Enjoyed my stay thanks to the great staff in the hotel. Air condition would be nice, but it is quite hard to get this in Basel.
  Great keys for rooms, really recommend to check them out.

  I always enjoy the family atmosphere. Everyone at the desk
  is welcoming. I am especially glad that the rooms have wi-fi
  now. My room was on the back, which is important to me
  since I need quiet.

  Doppelbett Zimmer mit Duschbad, sauber, hat alles was es braucht, WLAN gut. Bett bequem, Kissen und Decke angenehm. Zimmer mit Fenster zum Hof ruhig. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, schon ab 6 Uhr.

  100€ for a dirty room of 4msq. One pillow thin as a paper, mattress with springs coming out and duvet white no more.Wardrobe without doors and the sink inside: yes the sink is not in the toilet but inside the wardrobe in your huuuuuuuge room.
  Guys at reception nice but hasty.
  And there is not plug availble for your phone but you have to unplugged tv.
  I slept better in young hostels.
  Disgusted.
