Lovely place. Staff very helpful. Breakfast has nice options and is just about what you need before exploring the region. Our room was big, beds are comfy. Nice bathroom with warm floor and a bathtub. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Nice and beautiful little hotel, Good location , close to train station. Great breakfast! Helpful front desk but be aware of the older waiter during breakfast.

If youre coming to interlaken, you should book here in this hotel. It has nice views to the mountains. The rooms are big and good for the price your paying. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good.

Nice guy, the room is clean and tidy. The price is justified with the room size. The location is 10 minutes from the Interlaken West Station on foot but it's quite.

The view from the room was divine. The staff were friendly and served a good breakfast. It is in a convenient location. I think it's a great place for a family vacation. I would stay again.

I was personally welcomed by the owner of the Hotel. It might not seem a big deal at first sight but the fact that the owners are watching everything so closely might have made all the difference. The staff is amazing and I felt so welcomed I almost felt at home. Brigitte, Ivonne, Diogo and Antonyo never hesitated to make me feel that way. The 2 last ones even spoke Portuguese and gave all the atention. The room is very cosy and the structure is more than enough: mirrors, many outlets, comfortable bed, etc. Dinner and breakfast were also very good. It is walking distance from Interlaken Bahnhof West. We received free bus tickets to ride around the region. Nothing to complain about, except I wish I could stay longer definetley I will get back next year.

The staffs were so friendly and eager to introduce tips that are supposed to be hard for foreign visitor to know kind of where i have to get ticket without que.

Great location. 5 - 10 minutes walk from Interlaken west station. Upon check in, the staff will give u a free transport pass only in Interlaken. Buffet style of breakfast was served which give u different variety.

Room was clean! Felt so relax during our 5 night of stay. Not forget to mention, they serve brunch on every Sunday, provided you only take either breakfast or brunch. 100% authentic Swiss style food!

Token of souvenir was given by them. Which made us not being omitted. Thanks!

Will definitely come back again!
