One of the best hospitality you can get. The owner himself is at the reception and provides all the guidance u may require . He also gives details of all things to do amd places to visit. Awesome

Nice, clean Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Perfectly located in the middle of Zermatt.

The hotel is in the middle of Zermatt with easy access to all parts of the town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

WORST HOTEL EVER. The guy who runs the hotel is an absolute crook, and tried to rip my family and I off. Wish I could give this hotel zero stars

Very friendly staff. Nice room with typical; Swiss décor.we were leaving very early so they packed us breakfast.

Stayed here off season when it was quiet. Hotel is okay - bathrooms are a little dated but rooms are nice and authentically furnished. Huge porch was awesome. Good breakfast. Sauna does cost extra which was a little disappointing.
