Traditional alpine styling, a fantastic spa, Matterhorn views, a superb kitchen, hands-on ownership, and a riverside location make this a perfect choice in both winter and summer. My favorite Zermatt hotel.

We upgraded to a room with a view of the Matterhorn and appreciated the ample space and large balcony. We stayed on a half board basis and enjoyed the 4-course dinner as well as breakfast options. Indoor/outdoor pools with massage jets felt great after a day of hiking.

We really enjoyed the two weeks that we spent at the Ginabelle. The hotel is comfortable and the food very good to excellent. We appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, the helpful and quietly competent service and the after ski coffee and cakes. The owner is particularly attentive to guest preferences and prepared several times outstanding deserts. The location of the hotel is convenient to all the Zermatt ski lifts. We will gladly return next year.

Cosy and comfortable hotel, located in a perfect location, quiet but close to everything. We were upgraded to a mountain view room which is perfect for the Matterhorn view. The staff was very nice, and we enjoyed the spa and swimming pool after the day hike. The food in restaurant was also worth the 4-star hotel. A perfect day in Zermatt with the Hotel La Belle Gina!
