Very nice and contemporary hotel, 10 min walk from Zermatt train station. Room was very clean and with good facilities (ours had a very big relaxing balcony). The staffs were friendly and very helpful when we said we'd need early checkout. Very good breakfast as well.

Amazing views from bed! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great complementary breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is a little further away from the train station, but it's worth the effort.

Recommended, overall. The room was good enough for the price, had an excellent view, and the staff were great. Its not quite as far out of town as it looks on a map.

The only problem is that the lower floors with a view (above the hot tub) have the lights for the signage above them, which you can't quite block out of the windows. Ask about that, otherwise they are fine.

Mooie locatie in zermatt. Overal dicht bij. Van de trein heb je geen last.

Het hotel zelf werd enkele jaren geleden gerenoveerd. Waardoor het er allemaal modern en netjes uitziet.

Probeer zeker het restaurant. Dit is echt subliem. In de zomer dagverse producten uit de moestuin!

This hotel is one of the value leaders in the Zermatt area. They have a hearty European style breakfast here for free which was great to start the day with before skiing. They also have a ski room with boot drier which was also very nice, and a sauna. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay. The rooms are very modern with great showers, a comfortable bed, and plenty of outlets, though they do vary in size and view. The restaurant is also good, with many tables having a view of the Matter Horn. If you have a lot of luggage I would recommend getting a taxi from the train station, which is easy to do, as it is a little bit of a walk, though manageable. It is also a few minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to the main ski lifts, and on the way to the bus stop their are several ski shops if you need rentals. It is close to several restaurants and bars as well as some attractions such as the Museum. A great hotel for the value.
