I checked into the hotel on Saturday, arrived at work, and so, today is Thursday and the room was not cleaned once, towels were not changed, garbage from the urn was not thrown out. hung a sign with the request to clean in the room - still did not clean, although in the room opposite cleaned every day. This is not a three-star hotel, there's nothing to give one race for. I do not advise anyone to this hotel.

The only minus: a lot of sipiders at the windows. Somebody should clean also the windows area.

ATTENTION A VOTRE COMPTE BANCAIRE, une nuit réservée et prélevée 2 fois sur mon compte, des heures de discussion au matin, facture en main, ils n'ont jamais remboursé, Je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas. le personnel ne parlant pas le français prétexte ne rien comprendre et refuse de réparer !!! A EVITER !!!

Beaucoup trop lumineux. Rideaux quasi transparents. C'est impossible de dormir si on est un peu sensible à la lumière. Et la clinique en face qui est ouverte toute la nuit n'aide pas. Aussi, le fait que c'est juste à côté d'un axe routier principal crée un bruit permanent. Chambre surchauffée mais c'est facile à refroidir. Salle de douche et propreté acceptable.

Nice room and breakfast, convenient location in front of the tennis club. The employees at the front desk helpful and nice, in particular a male receptionist (Stefan?) has been exceeding expectations and making our stay much more easier. Thank you!
