the hotel is neat and rooms quite normal, nothing fancy but also not substandard. the wellness is large, with a lot of different options and we had a wonderful time. the reception was maybe a bit less organized and they messed up our reservation in the restaurant. luckily it was not a big deal, as there were free tables anyway.

Ho trascorso una notte a causa della cancellazione del volo Swiss. Hotel con camere pulite e spaziose. L'unico difetto è che nella camera c'era un forte odore di disinfettante.

Das Hotel ist nett aber mein letzter Besuch wird trotzdem mein Letzter gewesen sein. Vom Personal am Empfang erhält man falsche Auskünfte. Es werden Sachen versprochen,die nicht eingehalten werden, das heisst man wird angelogen. Mit Reklamationen können Sie bzw. das Management nicht umgehen bzw. wird nicht reagiert.

Liebe das Hotel und liebe die dazugehlrige Therme. Bin hier immer wieder gerne zur Erholung als Berliner. Ist zwar teuer abet das Geld wert.
