Terrible service. Never call back after a blood test. And the doctor would not want to talk about the result. She just passed the 'explanation' to the receptionist to me, which is completely vague and incomplete. And she sent me back to see my family doctor. I told her that my family doctor is on 2 weeks holiday and nobody could help me. Then she just mailed me the blood test result done by the lab. Am i able to read all the numbers? of course not!! why do i need to see this dermatologist if i understand everything about my allergy situation?? End up i bring this result to see another doctor, he also couldnt understand it as he said this result is not a complete report! Now i have to suffer and wait till my family doctor is back. What a DERMATOLOGIST in Switzerland!
