  Avoid this place!
  Bad infrastructure and unfriendly, unprofessional personnel.
  1. At the end of the town right next to a highway and a main road = very noisy, continuous motorcycles passing by with full gear
  2. No air conditioning and room is stuffy: But cant open the windows because of the noise
  3. Elevator did not work during our stay: we walked up to 5th floor carrying our luggage
  4. Lady at the reception unfriendly: asked for city map and a bit of orientation. She answered "take the map over there and open the middle part and look!"
  5. Overall the building is shabby and unpleasant
  I regret booking this hotel. Hope you dont make the same mistake

  Les chambres sont assez grand (j'ai pris une 4 personne) le Restaurant est très bon mais il n'y a pas de porte à l'assenceur petit salle de bain et le service laisse à désiré mais sinon bon hôtel comparé au prix.

  Bon établissement. Chambre tranquille, équipée d'une tv et frigo, possédant un bon balcon. Il y a un parking privé au pied de l'hôtel et un restaurant fait partie intégrantes de l'hôtel. A 15min à pied de la gare de Sion, pratique.

  The hotel is very well situated, very good access and a nice view over the romantic castels Valeria and Tourbillon. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. Also the restaurant with it's original decoration related to the music is very comfortble. People are very professional and nice and the food delicious. I recomend it :-)
