It's an OK hotel for conferences. Rooms are fine, clean and have the basics. Breakfast food is not great and they don't have dairy free options. View of the lake and the Alps was great.

The hotel is standard, the food at the restaurant and service is very goodthe cookies are delicious!!! Be careful, they are addictive!

I do not recommend this hotel. We had major check in issues that I just posted on Tripadvisor. I have already spoken with Best Western corporate and am awaiting a call with a supervisor. This hotel needs a top to bottom review. In addition to reservation problems, there is so much noise going on in the hotel right now be prepared to be up by 8am every day (with jet lag and children, this is a big problem.)

If this would be a budget hotel I would understand. But here in Switzerland this is considered a Best Western, an international hotel chain brand. Check-In is quick and easy, no credit card required. But then in the restaurant or at the bar they want cash or credit card payment since your room isn't guaranteed with a credit card. Awesome policy!
And besides the reception nobody speaks English good enough to communicate anything besides "beer" or "burger".

For a budget accommodation this would've been great. Unfortunately it's Switzerland and nothing is budget. There were dead flies on the walls and ceiling of my room, flies are also in dining area and apparently this is due to some recycling 2km away but the hotel aren't visibly doing anything to help with the situation. Additionally the food in the restaurant is not going to blow your mind and it's just ok. This would've been a one star review if not for the beautiful views of the mountains across the lake

The restaurant is kind of expensive but ok. The rooms are a bit worn out but look renovated recently. Flatscreen TV with French, German and English TV. Safe and Minibar in the room while the Minibar just had two bottles of water.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Beautiful view of the mountain and lake. The helicopters landing in the hotel can be a little annoying though.

Ask for lake view room on 2nd floor or higher for great views. Restaurant is actually quite good. Buffet breakfast is equally above average. Rooms abit bland but have everything you need. Would stay again.
