Clean station but will be crowded . Cloak room is very helpful. Keep your change ready to use the toilet.

Recently got renovated, the place looks superb now. Shops everywhere, you won't get bored waiting for a train. Free WiFi and more benches than people. Toilets are perfectly clean too. Very good train station!

Okay I have no idea what just happened. Apparently once you fly in you get a free train ride but we could not find any station or information desk so when we boarded the train we saw the conductor and thought hey maybe we could ask him about it. Straight up he tells us to pay him 16.20 euros for the ride even though we keep explaining to him our situation and saying how we could maybe pay for a normal 3 euro ticket (despite being eligible for a FREE ticket) but no he was so unfriendly and adamant for a freaking 5 minute ride into Geneva. What's worst was we were so joyful cause it's Christmas Eve and he had just one solemn angry expression the whole time and kept being sarcastic about it. Is it just because I'm Chinese? Like come on I'm even from Singapore what the heck happened now my friend and I feel like we just got daylight robbed.
Okay but besides this ONE encounter the station itself is very modern, clean, and pleasantresponse / report this review -

Large train station. It has one of the few supermarkets that is open till later, which is helpful, to grab something on the way home. There is also a large customer service and they are very friendly and helpful.
